The kids have never before expressed an interest in riding the camels (or any other animals except horses, for that matter) so I was surprised when they asked to ride a camel. They (the camels) looked pretty calm on this day - we've been there before when they didn't sound happy about being ridden - so the kids got to do something they'd never done before. They look very proud to be up there...
Kate and Garrison are attempting to jump as far as a kangaroo...
SHHHHH! Whatever those things are in the background were asleep...which is good because the only "fence" was the small rope you can see near the kids' feet.
