How Quickly Things Change!

My last post was about how COLD it's been here. Well, things have changed - almost overnight! We went from having highs in the 50's/60's (which meant it was much colder at night for baseball and softball - especially when you figure in the wind which is ALWAYS blowing here off of Lake Erie!) to a record-breaking heat wave! The high today is supposed to be 92, if we make it to that we'll tie the record for the high temp. The air conditioner is on now! The pool opens today, so the heat arrived just in time. It FINALLY feels like summer outside. So back to the checklist...

It's June 6th and...
-the air conditioner is on
-the pool is open
-Garrison is out of school (Brennan won't be out until the 11th)
-no more jackets - we're in shorts now!
